Convenient and easily applied monthly spot-on treatment for fleas, mites, heartworm and intestinal worms
For the Treatment and Prevention of:
- Fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.)
- Stops fleas from feeding in 3 - 5 minutes
- Larval flea stages are killed in the surrounding areas of treated pets
- Fleas are not required to bite the animal to receive a lethal dose
- Reduces the incidence of Flea Allergy Dermatitis - a hypersensitivity disorder caused by the feeding activity of fleas
- Breaks the life cycle and kills fleas emerging from the environment to reinfest the pet
For the Prevention of:
- Heartworm (Dirofilario immitis) infection in dogs
- Treatment should start one month before the first exposure to mosquitoes
Treatment and Control of:
- Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxacaris lionina) kills immature and adult worms
- Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Anclyostoma ceylanicum, Uncinaria stenocephala) - kills larval (L4), immature and adult worms
- Whipworm (Trichuris vulpis)
- Sarcoptic Mange (Sarcoptes scabei) - eliminates all sarcoptic mange after a single dose
- Ear Mites (Otodectes cynotis) - monthly application controls any subsequent ear mite infestations
- Lice (Trichodectes canis, Linognathus setosus) for up to 6 weeks

It is recommended heartworm disease prevention is used for all domestic dogs year-round throughout Australia
Before use, you should see a veterinarian regarding heartworm testing for your dog in any of the following circumstances:
- Dogs that have missed monthly heartworm treatments
- Dogs that have never been given heartworm treatments
- Dogs that were given heartworm treatment for the first time after 2 months of age
Directions for use
1. Remove the tube (pipette) from the outer sachet using scissors or fold along the diagonal line to expose nick; tear at the back of nick
2. Hold the tube (pipette) upright
3. Tap the narrow part of the tube (pipette) to ensure the contents remain within the main body of the tube (pipette)
4. Twist or snap back the tip.
5. Site of application:
- Dogs under 25kg - Apply between the shoulder blades
- Dogs over 25kg - Apply by dividing the dose between the shoulder blades, on the midline of the back between the hips, and at one point in between
6. The animal should be standing for easy application. Remove any collar prior to application and replace when the product is dry. Part the hair until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the tube (pipette) on the skin and squeeze the tube (pipette) firmly twice to apply the solution directly on the skin. Avoid pet’s eyes or mouth
7. Record treatment date and repeat monthly or as directed. MOXICLEAR remains efficacious following shampoo treatment, swimming or exposure to rain. If washing animal during the use of this product use a soap-free shampoo
8. Occasionally hair loss may occur at application site - This is usually a single occurrence and hair will grow back
